Villa Poderina è un tipico casolare in pietra rosa arredato in un bellissimo stile country chic, dolcemente adagiato nella riva del fiume Candigliano situato nell’ entroterra marchigiano con una meravigliosa vista panoramica. Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
