Spazioso appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato nel cuore del centro storico di Gubbio, nel quartiere di San Pietro e a pochi passi dal Corso Garibaldi. Ideale per quattro persone (coppia con due figli) e ben attrezzato (caldaia per riscaldamento autonomo, lavastoviglie, bollitore, grande e nuovo frigorifero, macchina per caffè, doccia spaziosa e nuova, ecc.). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Host molto premuroso e disponibile, ottima comunicazione.

In due coppie abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nell'appartamento al 1. piano. Siamo stati molto bene, Maria è ben organizzata, offre assistenza sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo occupato le due camere matrimoniali con i due bagni. C'è un comodo terrazzino, condizionatori, cucina ben dotata. La posizione è molto buona, vicino al centro storico e non si sente rumore né del treno né del traffico auto. Da consigliare.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marinella avec nos 2 enfants en bas age. L’appartement est très au calme. On entend seulement les cigales chanter. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud comme en juillet. Marinella est très sympathique: elle nous a offert un gâteau à notre arrivée et des œufs lors de notre séjour. Elle était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des recommandations. Je recommande fortement ce logement

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

Wonderful host ! Our rental car broke down and we had to ask to extend our stay last minute. Not only did we get the extension on our stay we had croissants hanging on our door the next morning after a late night back from towing our car.

Appartamento molto bello con vista incredibile sul fiume e tutta Ascoli. Il centro a 10 minuti a piedi. Alessandra gentilissima e precisa, ottima host. Esperienza da ripetere e posto da consigliare!

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al mare, con ampia disponibilita' di parcheggio, ideale quindi per chi si muove in auto. L'appartamento e' ampio e molto confortevole. Quando siamo stati da Alessia il mare era grosso e il mugghiare e l'odore di mare arrivava fino alle casa.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Fotos. Fußläufig erreicht man einen Supermarkt, ein Cafe / eine Bar und eine Ladesäule für Elektrofahrzeuge ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Alessia war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Man ist schnell in Sirolo und an den nahegelegenen Stränden. Insgesamt hat es uns in der Wohnung und in Coppo gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung von Caterina ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto in die netten Küstenstädtchen Sirolo und Numana. Nicht sehr weit und sehr lohnenswert sind auch Ausflüge nach Ancona oder Loreto.

Thank you, Leandro! Nice stay. Not very far from the main beaches, also like 30 min by bus from Ancona. The place is very clean and just in the centre. 5 min from everything: cafes, a supermarket, 20 min from portonovo. Sirolo is a nice cozy village, with lots of stuff going on during summer, like a local art and craft market, evening dance in the park, concerts, etc. Lovely place to stay. I highly recommend. PS there is a slight problem with the internet. But it's everywhere in Le Marche region. I guess because of the mountains or whatever. But it was not a problem for us. It was vacation, after all :)

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Mi sono fermato a Fano con la mia famiglia per 3 giorni e ho alloggiato nell'appartamento MaRi di Marco e mi sono trovato benissimo, l'appartamento è nuovissimo, grande, comodissimo per 4 persone, dotato di tutti gli accessori, pulitissimo, comodissimo per girare i dintorni, servito da ristoranti, bar e pasticcerie. Molto bella Fano, la vicina Pesaro, e tutti i borghi limitrofi. Marco è stato molto disponibile e ospitale. Confermo il punteggio pieno delle recensioni di tutti gli altri ospiti che hanno già soggiornato nell'appartamento.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in het super propere en nette appartement van Rosetta. Perfect zoals beschreven. ‘s morgens word je wel wakker gemaakt door de bar erboven. Maar voor ons was dat geen probleem. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wie de Conero riviera wil verkennen. Op wandelafstand van alle restaurants en winkels in Sirolo. Rosetta was de perfecte host. Super goede communicatie, zorgzaam en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ospite disponibile alle richieste di informazioni e di suggerimenti sulla zona. Alloggio stupendo: pulizia impeccabile, ampia disponibilità di stoviglie e di accessori, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e giardino ampio e ben tenuto. Possibilità di accedere alle spiagge direttamente a piedi a circa 15 minuti, spiagge sia attrezzate che libere. All’interno dell’area dell’alloggio c’è un bar, una piscina per bambini, una per adulti e un campo da tennis/calcetto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e se possibile ritorneremo in futuro.

Apartamentul este foarte frumos, curat, elegant, amenajat cu elemente actuale, totul usor de utilizat, pozitionat chiar la strada principala cu magazine chiar in proximitate. Gazda raspunde repede in cazul in care e nevoie de ceva. Merita din plin!
