Appartamentino con letto matrimoniale, separabile, e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo!

La casa si trova a 500 metri dal centro storico di Spilamberto, a breve distanza da negozio di alimentari biologici, farmacia, due bar, e una fermata degli autobus. La casa è indipendente con giardino e parcheggio privato, raggiungibile anche con la ciclabile Modena Vignola (c'è la possibilità di utilizzare due biciclette per spostamenti). Il Giardino di Annabella è collocato a 1,5 km dal centro città, in una zona molto silenziosa e servita di ogni comfort. Saremo liete di accogliervi personalmente (in italiano, inglese e francese) e di fornirvi tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

House in Farm

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
