The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch. There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, mugs, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & laundry detergent.

This house is divided into a duplex-like (front & back unit). Guests will have the whole front unit with private front entry, private gated back courtyard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with an A/C wall unit, and 1 reserved parking space. The bedrooms only have fan installed, but we have one portable A/C unit as a back-up or required for one of the bedroom.
