Welcome to this basement duplex with all the amenities you can think of. Bedroom #1 features a queen tempurpedic mattress on an adjustable frame. Bedroom #2 has a full and twin bed. The Bee Hive as we call it, has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bathroom, living, dining and kitchen in a basement unit with shared use of laundry, patio and seasonal above ground pool (closed for winter) located in Mandan North Dakota. As a shared space there may be noises from other occupants. Older homes also can creak and make noises you might not hear in a newer place.
