Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

There is plenty to do for the children with peacocks, ducks and chickens plus the outside play area with 70 metre zip wire. The building itself is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Queen Anne farmhouse with courtyard, simply decorated, complete with exposed beams and unique features. Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. Vickie, Lee & our labrador welcome you to The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave & air frier but no hob/oven . Off-road parking and separate access.

Haybridge Cottage,dog friendly annex in Shropshire

Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.

Friendly Farm Stay Accommodation in an AONB

Pot House Farm is an eleven acre working small holding. We are situated on Catherton Common in an AONB in the Shropshire Hills. The apartment is located in the centre of the farm with a private entrance and a separate patio and garden area overlooking fields and is attached to the old farm house. The accommodation is disabled friendly. We are ideally placed to explore the Shropshire Hills on foot, horse or by cycling. Ludlow is 8 miles away and spectacular views from Clee Hill are close by.

A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.
