Great Airbnb, the host is very helpful, gave me very clear and easy to follow instructions how to get to the place, it has allocated parking spot, but it’s also literally 10min walk from the main train station, the view from the windows is very nice, little boats passing by, water, very peaceful, the flat has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, kitchen has all utensils, pots and pans, I’m very satisfied and I would definitely recommend. Thank you

I have just got back and it was a wonderful little apartment, just on part of the top floor of their beautiful home, in the Hereford countryside with beautiful views, also beautiful gardens and a lake you can wonder around. also lots of friendly animals too! Peter met us on arrival and was very friendly. a little slow to respond with message initially but not a major problem. would definitely return.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, clean and practical. The location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the local area, lots of fabulous restaurants near by and of course the views are beautiful. The team were fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages and phone calls. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

We had a few wonderful days at Nick's place. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area when the sun shone. It was a short walking distance from both High Town and Low Town and very close to the SVR station. There is plenty to see and do within a short distance.

nick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and gave lots of ideas for local points of interest. replied promptly to any questions asked. and was very welcoming.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Had a fab 3 night stay, great location for us, could walk everywhere. House was lovely! We didnt mind being in the middle of two pubs, both worth a visit. Thank you Debbie, hope you'll have us back again 😊

Couldn’t recommend this property more - absolutely gorgeous! We went as a group of girls and will definitely be returning but also would be perfect for those with families and will be looking to book to bring my little one. The property went above and beyond and had lots of extra details which made you feel immediately at home. Property even more beautiful in person, absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable. Perfectly located stone cottage in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon with a car space, great for a family of four or less on the riverside. The cottage provided everything needed although due to where it’s situated we were rarely at home. Definitely recommend and would return ourselves. The free boat ride was the cherry on the top of a fabulous weekend, particularly for our kids.

Had a lovely New Years break. House was clean and comfortable. Close to local attractions and amenities in the Cotswolds would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

We had an amazing stay here - Jane’s place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and a huge space for us all to spread out. The living room and dining table are the perfect size for everyone to get together. The best air bnb we have ever stayed in! We are already planning our next stay!

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Came back for my second stay a combination of work and leisure. Place is so well fitted out and on the docks with great views. Near shops and restaurants.

Came too stay for a few nights away with my friend and our 2 labradors. Absolutely lovely apartment and wonderfully clean throughout! The thought behind leaving doggy bowls, towels,treats and even a ball or 2 was lovely! Hosts were so friendly and helpful with local walks suggested for us and the pooches! We will be back and highly recommend as they have thought of everything you need for a little break away! Thank you for a lovely stay x

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Great stay in a beautiful apartment, a real home from home. The place is spotless, secure and totally hassle free. Next time I’m working in the area I will definitely look to book the same place again. Highly recommended and a great find.

Thank you Aubrey! It was immaculate and we had everything we needed. The canal view in the really cute garden was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. I stay in a lot of different airbnbs, I can honestly say it was up there with the best. I highly recommend staying there for some peace and relaxation. Thanks from me and my Ma x

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb properties that we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, a two floor two bedroom flat built over Riverside cafe, overlooking the river Severn and under 10 minutes walk from dog lane carpark. We arrived after dark on a very cold evening and were immediately struck by how warm and cosy it was. The flat is beautifully presented with high quality furnishing and fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the little touches which were provided - milk and water in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits. These are the things which make a guest feel welcome. Just sorry we could not stay longer.

The photos didn't do it justice - the apartment was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Usually there are some items missing but this place had absolutely everything, even down to a hoover and a mop. There were ample facilities in the kitchen to cook a full blown meal and everything worked as expected. We couldn't have wanted for anything else, it truly felt like a home away from home. Shone was lovely and her communication was second to none. When we ran into a complication with our booking, she was friendly and incredibly helpful with a quick response time. I can't wait to stay here again!
