Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Affordable house, great location

You have possibility of free parking, and you can easily self check-in. This is a budget-friendly house. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds, one double bed and two folding beds. For transparency, the place is not perfect yet, we want to renovate later. The doors and some switches are old, also the wallpaper (but newly painted). See phos. 5 min drive from the airport, also close to Copenhagen center. You can find a very good pizzeria + bakery across the street. 😊 4 brandnew single beds, never used.

Nice, roomy, clean and quiet

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)

Nyrenoverat gathus (1900) i centrala Helsingborg

På Wilson Park bor du 10 minuters promenad till centrala Helsingborg med parkering utanför huset. Här bor ni i ett gathus från början av 1900 talet med en känsla av gammalt som möter nytt. Huset totalrenoverades 2022 och har en hög standard. På baksidan finner man en inhägnad baksida med två härliga altaner 50,30 kvm med alla bekvämligheter. Grill, solstolar, sittplats för 10 personer.
