U prizemlju se nalazi bazen sa lezaljkama i rostilj sa mini kuhinjicom na raspolaganju gostima iz sva 3 apartmana. Svi apartmani imaju wi-fi i internet televiziju, klima uredaj te perilicu rublja na koristenje. Udaljenost od mora i plaze je manje od 5 min pjeske, a od centra Malinske 5 min autom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Das Haus ist quasi ein Doppelhaus hintereinander gebaut. Einen Teil bewohnen wir selbst und den anderen Teil möchten wir ab sofort vermieten. Beautiful holiday house SEASCAPE II is located in Porat near town Malinska. It can accommodate 6 - 7 persons and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, spreading over two floors. In the ground floor there is a living room with sofa for one person, kitchen with dining area, pantry and a toilette. Upstairs you can find one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and an additional toilette.
