Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Malibu Beach Cottage

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

Rustic mountain retreat

Escape to the beauty of the Santa Monica mountains with breathtaking views and hikes on the door step. This rustic guesthouse is across the courtyard from where we live. You can share our pool and collect fruit from our orchard. We have an incredibly friendly Pyrenees - St Bernard mix, Ozzy, who likes to co-host. But we don’t allow pets as the local wildlife is not as friendly as Ozzy! This is a place for nature- lovers who don’t mind the odd critter. Or a 20 minute drive to buy a coffee!
