Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

Luxueus appartement met meerzicht bij Bellagio

LaDimora werd gebouwd in 1850 aan de Strada Regia. Dit is een Romeins (ezels)pad dat Como met Bellagio verbindt. Bij de renovatie van dit sfeervolle boerenhuis werden alle denkbare moderne voorzieningen gecombineerd met de mooie oude sfeer elementen. LaDimora ligt op wandel afstand van het strand, de bushalte, verschillende restaurants, een bar, kano- en (speed)bootverhuur en een supermarkt waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt kopen en ook pizza kunt bestellen (één dag van te voren bestellen).

Appartamento indipendente a due passi dal centro, all'interno di una villa primi 900, in un parco con piante secolari; composto da camera/soggiorno e cucina con accesso diretto e privato al giardino dove è possibile pranzare e riposarsi. Siamo vicinissimi alle rive del Lago di Como: facilmente si possono visitare Varenna e Bellagio o salire sulle montagne Grigna e Resegone. La stazione è a due passi da casa, con il treno si raggiunge Milano in 40 minuti e da lì tutte le città d'Italia.

Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.
