Luxuriously appointed light filled one bedroom apartment nestled amongst the vines in Pialligo on 5 acres, this apartment has views to Parliament House and is only an 8 minute drive to Canberra City and 3 minute drive to the airport. A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.
