Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Woodland studio with hot tub in the New Forest

Offering a stylish and contemporary stay, this delightful one bedroom, self-contained studio apartment shares just over two acres of land with the owners house. Located along a private lane in the New Forest National Park, the apartment is centrally located for easy access to the villages of Hythe, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst- all within 12 miles. To the outside a private seated area awaits with wood burning hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure or leisure. .

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Dog Friendly, Mudeford House

This peaceful 2 bed house is situated within a 15 minute walk from Mudeford beach and Quay. Backing onto Mudeford Wood and park, that includes a large kids play area, football pitch and tennis courts. With endless beautiful beach walks, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay with the family and Dog. Smart Tv's throughout with a 55 inch in the lounge. Multiple pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a 5 minutes drive to Christchurch town. Private hot tub for two incl.

The Old Piggery, East Boldre, New Forest

The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Self-contained annex. Full use of 6 seat hot tub.

A superb self contained annexe in a peaceful location and is in easy reach of both the picturesque New Forest, Lymington Town centre (local market Saturdays). Great shops and restaurants. A short drive to KeyHaven and Milford-on-sea beaches. Side gate entrance and optional self check in. All year round access of a lovely 6 seater hot tub to help you relax and unwind in lovely garden.
