Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

Our home is located perfectly for you to enjoy a holiday in Newquay! We are very close to several beautiful beaches. Tesco express is conveniently a 2 minute walk away. Newquay Sea-side town is only a 5 minute walk and has many bars and restaurants. We are also very close to many popular Newquay attractions, such as Newquay Zoo, Trenance Boating Lake & Park, Newquay Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool and Soft Play. You can also visit us by train as Newquay Train Station is only a 5 minute walk away.

Just a 10 minute walk to the start of town. There is currently no parking on site, but free roadside parking in the local area.

Jam First is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment, 10 mins walk from Lusty Glaze, Porth & Tolcarne beaches & 15 mins walk from Newquay Town Centre. We offer the choice of a 6ft super king or 2 single beds. There is a large open plan living space with all home comforts, a private decked area, a large wet room, wide doors & level access throughout, making our apartment suitable for all guests. We offer off road parking directly outside the apartment. Access is by keybox.

The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.
