This newly renovated 3 bedroom house is perfectly located in central Fayetteville . To include brand new mattresses, furniture ,stainless steel appliances ,cabinets with granite counter tops, four 4k flat screen tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is only .07 miles away, 9 minutes to Fort Bragg, .02 miles to starbucks and 3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Cross Creek Mall is 3.2 miles away along with other shopping destinations close by.

Enjoy your spacious retreat located in a peaceful neighborhood on the 1st floor of our duplex. Come retreat in the spa-like bathroom, while the kids play! It features an over-sized soaking tub & separate shower. There is 1 bedroom with a king bed & twin futon. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room & plenty of eating space in the dinette. Your back porch overlooks a large fenced yard with kid toys. Your entrance is separate & private from the upstairs unit. No full kitchen/sink.

We invite you to stay in our recently renovated winter home! The kitchen has every gadget and amenity you could possibly want. Cook, while the kids enjoy the toys, puzzles and games galore! There are 3 spacious queen bedrooms; including a master suite with walk-in shower. The backyard is fully fenced for the kids with a newly built playground! Located in Historic Haymount, and renovated in 2020, this 2 bedroom (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 bathroom Modern Farmhouse is the ideal location for a clean and comfortable place to stay. We are located just steps away from a park/playground, 3 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, and a swift 12 minutes to Fort Bragg. A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
