A characterful & unique cottage, fab location close to the heart of the city. Comfortable, stylish, warm and cosy, perfect for Shops, Museums, Restaurants and all the sights of the City. Within a five minute stroll is The Royal Crescent, The Circus, Michelin starred Olive Tree Restaurant and locals pub The Chequers. It's a tad over a ten minute walk to The Thermal Bath Spa. The house has speedy Fibre Broadband Connection. Use Charlotte Street Long Stay Car Park, 10 mins walk from the cottage.

Embrace the tranquil ambiance of this self-contained unit with its own private entrance. Ideally placed a short stroll (1.7miles) to the centre of Bath, you can walk or cycle along the canal path or if that’s to energetic just hop on a bus which leave every 10-15 minutes. A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

A Victorian, Bath stone terraced house, the property is located in the World Heritage City of Bath. The accommodation comprises of a large sitting room, with plenty of seating and a study area with desk. There is a well equipped, modern, kitchen/breakfast room.
