Stayed here for a weekend and the place was absolutely beautiful. Each room was spotless. The amenities pristine. Anything you needed it was there for you.

I just have one word to start out:BEAUTIFUL! The place was clean and was very accommodating. Ms. Gin was a great host, the communication was on point! My family kept bragging about how nice the home was. The cookies OMG! So good! The warm welcome for my family and me was awesome 🥰 I definitely plan on staying there again when I’m in my hometown. I would definitely recommend Ms. Gin’s place, I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ms. Gin for making my family and me feel at home in our hometown.❤️🥰

Very convenient for the whole family to get ready and stay for my daughter’s wedding at The Greenery. Lots of space. Game room great. Bigger then I thought. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing large space for big family.

We had a large group and this house had more than enough space for all of us. Lovely, clean rooms and a beautiful setting on the lake was just what we needed to relax on our trip.

This property was a great space for our family as we traveled out of state to visit family.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with a very nice view of a small pond from the backyard. Zhuyan was also very responsive. The beds were all comfortable and large. I think the listing needs to be updated. I found that it was inaccurate. The listing says there are no cameras there are at least 3 outside cameras. It also says there is a fire pit, there wasn’t one. Finally, the kitchen essentials were running very low and pretty worn. Again wonderful home for a large family and I would 100% stay again. The listing just needs an update.

Beautiful home that was spacious for my family during our visit. Definitely felt like home. Very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I was concerned about it being a corner house when I first arrived because it’s next to a main road, but absolutely no issues. Everything you need is literally a walk away, or 1 min drive. Overall, perfect location and would highly recommended if visiting the area.

Great place! Very comfortable and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. We frequent New Orleans often and were in town for Jazz Fest this time, which is easily walkable from here. This is a fun little neighborhood to check out and we were glad for a reason to stay here!

Amazing place & location. Loved this area and found lots of great food and people around. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again. Brian was very flexible with check-in and I appreciate that, got to hit the ground running when I landed.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

very cute place with a lot of NOLA charm which my wife who spent 10+ years in NOLA loved. Tim is very responsive and helped us by setting up a pack n play and a high chair for our little one before we even got there. the place is primely located near magazine street where there are tons of fun places

Cozy and comfortable! Our stay was amazing! Everything in both condos was exactly as described! Walking distance of the casino and the aquarium. Surrounded by great restaurants and places to shop and short distance from the French quarter. I could not have asked for a better birthday weekend experience

Its a wonderful, old, quirky space that has been updated and is totally functional and roomy. The location is perfect for access to the various neighborhoods in NOLA. Very close to good restaurants, short walk to the Quarter etc. The C unit is up three flights of stairs (which I missed in the pictures and description) which wasn't really a problem except we had one person in a "boot". Otherwise it was clean and safe, functional and historic. So all in all very nice.

Martin’s place is located right off Maple Street which has a lot of independent coffee shops. a great bookstore, an old-fashioned tiny department store and plenty of restaurants/bars. We did enjoy walking down Maple Street to get to the street car each day. Located in a neighborhood there can be some noise in the morning -happy children, and trucks rumbling down the street nothing that a pair of ear plugs wouldn’t fix. The house was very clean, well set up, cozy beds and quality bedding and the porch was enjoyable to drink our morning coffee each day. If you’re looking for a place to be anonymous, you may keep looking for a different set up. The owner has a presents on the property and for us that was fine. He was kind and offered information quickly when we asked. We hope you enjoy the place as much as our family of 3 did.

We loved the location! Comfortable beds, safe building, well equipped space. Brad was very responsive and kind! We’d recommend!

We had a great stay! 4 couples were happy to all have private rooms and restrooms. Plenty of room to relax and hang out between adventures in NOLA. We had a crazy rain storm causing a leak in the condo, which they quickly responded to. Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and more! Would stay here again for sure! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

We were are extremely pleased with the accommodations as traveling with 3 adult couples could be challenging. 3 en-suite baths for 3 couples was outstanding. The overall space was very comfortable and ideally located.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Not sure about if someone rented the next door apartment, but we didn’t have to find out!

Centrally located in the Quarter AND quiet, what more could we ask for. A perfect location for a perfect getaway. We'd stay there 10 times out of 10 if possible.

Second time staying here in less than a year! This is always my first option! Very convenient location.

Our stay - 4 nights- was great all the way around. Hosts were very responsive and clear communicators. The place is very charming with exposed brick walls and beautiful local art throughout. Extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed playing New Orleans jazz vinyls on the turntable in the front room. Beds were very comfortable. Perfectly quiet- there was no noise from other units in the building. Brightly lit street outside and felt safe to walk in and out late at night. Central location made most of what we were doing easily walkable (French Quarter, Frenchmen St, etc.). Leaving was very easy, towels left on the floor and refrigerator clear, that was it. I highly recommend this place and can confidently say you will not be disappointed.
