The house features a heated pool that reaches 104 degrees, ideal for all seasons. Built in 2014, the house includes central air, three Ultra HD TVs, and wireless speakers. The dining table seats 10, with an outdoor living room, grill, & gas firepit. Each spacious bedroom offers plush bedding & ceiling fans.

The Cozy Cottage is an updated seasonal home located on a quiet dead-end street. Sit on the porch or in the yard and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The cottage is located just steps from Long Sands Beach! An easy short walk to restaurants, the Long Sands General Store, ice cream and more on Long Beach Ave. A ten minute walk to downtown York Beach which is full of shops, restaurants, brewery, arcade and a zoo. Mini split air conditioning and heat have been added in the kitchen and living room.

The Surf Chalet is a one of a kind vacation experience on the coast of Maine. Ideally located between Long Sands, Short Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Only a 0.2 mile walk to Long Sands Beach, 0.4 mile walk to Short Sands/shopping. The Surf Chalet sleeps 6. King sized bed, 2 Twin beds and queen bed. 1.5 bath with an open living/dining area.
