Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Beautiful, quiet and secluded lakeside cottage. Enjoy amazing sunsets on our pristine lake. Swim, kayak, fish or just relax and take in the natural beauty. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. In the beautiful and quaint village of Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport, you’ll find our cottage, just two doors down from Nunans Lobster Hut and a 3-minute walk to Cape Porpoise Kitchen and Bradbury’s Market. Built in 1880, and after a complete renovation, we’d love to have you as our guests! We added many windows, to bring the outdoors in. Lots of light! The two added balconies make for a wonderful place to sit and talk or just stare into space. Lots of stars! Air conditioning!

Long Sands Cottage - Walk to Beach

Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

Our one bedroom cottage is a perfect spot to enjoy all the beach life has to offer! This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a queen size bed , tiled bathroom, cozy living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Limited marsh views from the private outdoor space with room to grill and relax. All linens provided

Our waterfront cottage is a unique property offering style, tranquility, and walking access to Portsmouth’s Market Square. The theme is a blend of New England charm and Scandinavian modern. We offer an amazing view, two decks, a modern kitchen, laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. This premium property sleeps four, counting children. It offers a quiet romantic escape for the discerning traveler, and yet is just a ten minute walk to Market Square.

This tiny house is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!
