Traditional rustic Cotswold farmhouse offering self contained accomodation (attached to family living quarters) with 2 (ensuite) double bedrooms, a small basic kitchen & sitting/dining room. You have your own driveway & entrance to the property. We are on the edge of a lovely cotswold village on our busy family farm with views stretching to the North Wessex Downs. Fantastic countryside for running, cycling & open water swim spots. Walking distance into Tetbury (1.5 miles) via foot/cycle paths.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-20 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

A beautiful grade II listed Cotswold house in Tetbury, close to beautiful walks, pubs and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. The village has a lovely pub 200 yards down the road and amazing routes to walk without having to drive anywhere.

The Grade II Listed cottage is 300-350 years old with bags of character and authentic charm. It is very comfortable in the snug with its own wood burner and other original features. Go to sleep hearing the owls and wake up to the birds singing. Make breakfast and drink a cup of tea in the garden. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep including a lake very close by. We quite often see deer from our house.
