A 5-star experience, hands down! The home and location were beautiful, and perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. We appreciated all of the amenities - you included everything a guest would need for a perfect stay! The property is well-maintained and the beach access is a dream come true. Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful cottage, the interior is great, very clean, views from the many windows… Linens, beds, check in, adirondack chairs on the deck…everything was simply great!

We come to Montauk often & loved this spot. Walkable & convenient to town plus a beach pass. The accommodation had plenty of space for a family with convenient parking. Highly recommend!

" Live is but an azure moment" and the Azure Cottage provided just that! We loved the proximity of the house to the beach. The sound of the waves was meditative and restorative.The space offers a truly beautiful vista with a distant view of Block Island. The beach itself is perfect and great for walking and taking walks with dogs. Sunrises were lovely--a great way to greet the day. We are "foodies" and appreciated a well appointed kitchen, including a kettle for the tea lovers. The space is open and comfortable. Charlestown Beachway is lovely; off the beaten path but accessible to many fun things to do--like the Trolls at Ninigret and the Fantastic Umbrella Factory plus great places to eat. One caution: Renters need to be accustomed to stairs. The exterior stairs were much easier to use than the interior ones.

We stayed at Leslie's during our travels for a college graduation and unfortunately our agenda was booked. We would have loved to spend more time at our rental. I particularly enjoyed the fenced in backyard so my dog could play ball and sniff around freely. We used the deck our first evening for a short time before the 2 days of rain. The deck is very large and would be great during summer vacation. Leslie was very responsive and informative. I reached out with one question reference an unexpected situation on our part and Leslie responded immediately and was clear with explaining our option. Most important to me, and what stood out was the house was very clean! From floors to linen's, more clean than most other AB&B properties I've rented. As one should expect, this area near the beach is an older neighborhood with homes that are somewhat "dated." Leslie's home has many updates, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The amenities were as described. I would stay at Leslie's again.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

Andrew was a responsive communicator and we had a lovely stay at this very charming, clean, simple apartment. Bathroom is upstairs and laundry is downstairs just fyi if mobility is an issue. We loved that you could walk out the door and into the water immediately. Beautiful weather and views when we visited in April.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

The neighborhood was beautiful. We walked out to an island that was only accessible at low tide. Great shared spaces with fun rooms and lovely bedrooms.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Redefines “fully stocked” - David’s place had everything we could ask for. The water at high tide was magical. Kayaking, fishing and we found over 100 (literally) hermit crabs.

The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. One of the nicest air BnB I’ve stayed in!

We loved this vacation, Peconic is the perfect place to spend 2 peaceful weeks by the Sound. The cabins are comfortable and the kitchen has great cookware and sharp knives. There are ticks here, check yourself regularly.

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Thanks for sharing your home with us !!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a great stay at the Bohemian Beach Oasis! The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was nice for cooking, and the rooftop deck was a fun bonus. Loved the Tiki hut and BBQ area too — perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back!

Patti was great to communicate with and the place is wonderful. The beach is right outside the front door and it's such a serene atmosphere. Mattresses are extremely hard so it would nice to have newer and softer beds, but aside from that - great stay!

This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! I came here with kids, and they had a great time. Laura is the best host I’ve ever dealt with! She went above and beyond for us. If I come back to the area, I’m staying here!
