Charming two bedroom garden flat Kensal Rise

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). For larger parties you also can rent the flat upstairs that sleeps another four guests. The flat is in trendy Kensal Rise where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

Beautiful large one bed flat with private patio

The perfect home away from home, my apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Located in the heart of Finsbury Park yet on a peaceful no-through- traffic road. It's a 5 min walk to Finsbury Park Station with it's amazing transport links to the city centre and beyond. 2 stops (5 mins) to Kings Cross St Pancras, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Covent Garden. The area has lots of friendly neighborhood cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and a farmers market to explore.

This lovely, artsy home is in a private road in Primrose Hill, just a few steps from trendy cafés & shops. It combines elegance, exclusivity, and a casual, relaxed vibe with all the quirky charm of an old, historic property. Right next to Regents Park, the Roundhouse (where the Apple Music Festival happens), Camden Market, London Zoo and perfect for art and culture lovers. Great for public transport. This charming Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Englefield Green. Just four miles from Windsor Castle, three miles from Wentworth Golf Course and six miles from Ascot Race Course. Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Gorgeous, spacious bright top floor studio- London

This top floor studio is a gem, close to central London. It is a tranquil, spacious hideaway in Finchley.The tube station is 7 mins walk away and takes 25 mins to all London highlights.Separate bathroom+kitchenette The kingsize bed has elegant hotel bedlinen with luxurious duvets & Alpaca throws with a choice of plump feather or anti-allergy pillows.There is off street parking available and easy links to major airports. Quiet location but close to cafes and shops.

FULLY SELF CONTAINED. A newly renovated, self contained studio space with separate kitchen, on Newington Green, completely private, spacious bedroom, en-suite shower and private kitchenette, with separate street entrance off private courtyard. Modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Great cafes and restaurants excellent transport links right on the doorstep.

Spacious 2 Bed Elstree Borehamwood Hertfordshire

My flat has now been totally refurbished in 2022. This is my personal flat and I live with my partner when Air Bnb guests wish to stay. The flat will be sanitised before a guest arrives. Longer term lets and will reduced the price by 20% for stays of 30 days plus. Minimum stay is 5 days under most circumstances but contact me if you want shorter.

The Foreman’s Office (top floor light filled loft)

Windows to three sides. Uk second floor walk up, accessed from an external staircase. Boffi stainless steel kitchen. Superking (180cm wide) Tempur bed. Luxury 90cm wide, extra deep bath and shower. Up to 80 meg wifi. The building also houses a permanent family home, so a pile in from a bar at closing or after a party is not possible.
