The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. With the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep there is plenty to do including lots of gardens, castles and mountains to visit. A car is ideal to get around although there is a local bus stop close to the house with a service bus travelling to llandeilo or Llandovery. The nearest railway station is Llangadog.
