Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The Bothy- unique private space near Hay On Wye

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private. There is a large wildflower garden for guests with far reaching views from the top of the Welsh Mountains ( also dog friendly!) Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable and romantic escape.

Erwhir Farm stay

20% discount for 7+ nights stay. Erwhir is a rural self-contained farmstay with the owners on-site if required. Based on a beef and sheep farm, just 8 miles from Builth Wells, 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 15 miles from Brecon. It is in a sunny, scenic, rural spot. Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. It has been decorated to create a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable holiday experience.

Farmhouse with hot tub - Mid Wales - sleeps 10

Old Great House is a stunning traditional 16th century farmhouse - accommodates up to 10 people - 3 king/double rooms and 1 twin room on the second floor and a large attic double room on the third floor. This has been tastefully restored and includes many original features including a large inglenook fireplace and wooden panelling. Oak floor boards and oak stairs have been fitted to retain the original style of the property and has been tastefully furnished with many antique pieces.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

This recently refurbished cottage is in a peaceful location but only a 10 minute walk to local amenities (2 pubs, a cafe with a pop up restaurant and a shop) and the River Wye. Across from the house is a woodland walk taking you up to the common with stunning views of the Black Mountains. Choose this or many other walks, bike rides or canoeing down the river to explore this area of natural beauty. Or explore the famous book town, Hay on Wye only 5 miles away.

The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. The path leading down to the River Wye is close by. The house has its own private garden. Meet and Greet or self check in with key safe. Guests can choose which option best suits their needs. Saddleback Bungalow, Ddole Farm

Set in amongst the Mid Wales Hills, this delightful, warm and comfortable Bungalow sits beneath a hill tucked out of the way but has easy access to the road. Saddleback Bungalow is on the grounds of a working farm and is surrounded with the most stunning walks either straight from the front door or a short drive away, then on your return why not cuddle up in front of the log burner.
