Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. Siamo un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle colline Toscane,dove il tempo scorre alla dolce andatura dei nostri cavalli. Alloggio ideale per famiglie con bambini. La nostra casa nasce a fine 1800 da alcuni contadini, i quali usavano gli spazi vicino casa per i loro allevamenti e coltivazioni; i miei nonni nel 1960 la acquisirono e con il passare degli anni e l’aiuto di mio padre prima e di tutta la famiglia poi, è diventato quello che è adesso, ed io porterò avanti questo ciclo.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children.
