Situated on the waterfront of Indian Arm Pond you are minutes away from salmon fishing, ATV trails, groomed snowmobile trails, etc. Located on the 2 acre property is a private dock, swimming area, boat launch, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a large 2-tier patio.
