Everything as advertised and even extras, loved the closed gated community, very quite place will definitely stay again with my family.

Very convenient location. All of the rooms were clean with lots of space. The Washer and Dryer was very convenient.

This was a great place to stay Had everything we needed The location was great and very comfortable. Ashraf left lots of extras which was great as we arrived late and was very tired.

Roman’s place was the most well-equipped place I’ve ever stayed in. From shampoos to cleaning supplies, from towels to beach equipment, this place has everything you’ll need! Roman was welcoming and responsive. Little Harbor is a great vacation spot, and staying here is a great way to enjoy it.

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a very relaxing stay at Eric's place. Pro's & con's, mostly pro's! Pro's: Good night sleep, sink & shower water was always warm. Eric was on top of things. Huge pool & bar setup. Best part was the view of the lake in the backyard. Close to Temple Terrace restaurants, the casino and freeway access. Eric thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! Con's: the place could use some updates. The tile bathroom and kitchen cupboards looked better in the picture. There was an additional fee to heat the pool. but this kept the rental at a decent price to start with. All in all, we would return.

Great place to stay. Clean and safe with many amenities and such a great host. We will be back.

Me and My family had an Amazing time!!! We Loved the house!!! It is so cozy and has everything you need!!! The amenities were top-notch, and the host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I look forward to hopefully Staying at this property again in the future!!! Thank you!
