The cabin in the pines is a perfect getaway on Smith Lake. Walking distance to a public boat launch and the dock has an empty boat slip for your boat. Roughly 2.5 miles from grocery stores and restaurants in downtown Arley. It is on a quieter part of the lake - a perfect place to relax, float, or swim. The backyard is magical with a secluded wooded lot, string lights, spacious patio and fire pit. Relax and toast s'mores with the entire family. The cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 9 beds.

Our quaint little cabin is nestled in the trees overlooking beautiful Smith Lake with year round water. Relax on the deck or around the fire pit, or head down to the dock that includes a partiality shaded sun deck and one boat slip. The cabin has an abundance of windows allowing natural light to beam in making it feel open and airy. If you are a nature lover, this is the cabin for you! Enjoy the rocking chair porch in the foothills of the Warrior Mountains with a treehouse view of bird habitat in every direction. Private ... no other houses in sight. Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

There's steps leading from the cabin down to the boat dock and swim deck as well as a private access road to the left as you are driving down the hill leading down to a clearing with plenty of space for parking and easy access to the water for fishing off the bank or swimming.
