The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

4 The Old Grammar School is a unique and thoughtfully furnished holiday home, providing spacious, characterful and modern accommodation for up to six guests only a few miles from the beautiful Suffolk Coast with its famous towns and beaches. This former Edwardian grammar school was converted in 2021 and retains many of its original features including large mullioned windows flooding the property with natural light and superb vaulted ceilings creating a bright and airy space.

The only noise is the sound of birdsong.
