There is a community amphitheater nearby that holds summer outdoor movies and concerts. There are many great restaurants and shops in walking distance. You are close to the train station and bus station. You are close to everything so feel free to travel light. This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
