Steve was absolutely fantastic—genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and wonderfully flexible. He went out of his way to accommodate every request. Communication was always smooth, clear, and prompt, which made the whole experience feel effortless. We truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him!

Absolutely loved my stay at Jonathan’s place. Ideal neighborhood, which led to some incredible evening walks along the river. Food / coffee nearby is incredible. Everything is well within walking distance. The flat is very private, felt right at home without much disturbance. Jonathan accurate an early check in for me, which was so amazing considering I’d just got in from a very long journey. He was also responsive and empathetic to a unique issue that accured on the first night, so rest assured he will take care of you should anything go wrong! There is an elevator that gets you right up to the third level, super easy to navigate. The shower is wonderful. My only critiquing would be to do with slow WiFi (I was in town for business, so this annoyed me a bit when I needed it) and the main bed could do with more pillows to make it more comfy (totally a personal preference) but all this to say, I’d happily stay again and overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone considering. We had a great stay in this apartment. It was very easy to find and the designated parking space is excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. It was great stepping out on to the balcony. A 15 minute stroll and you were in the centre of York. This is a highly recommended apartment and we would definitely stay again. Gina is an excellent host.

The studio apartment was just what we needed on a last minute visit to my husband’s elderly parents who live just up the road. The kitchen was fine for making breakfast and snacks but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone wanting to cook a full meal. However, the food at the “Old George” which is on the doorstep was good and there are several eateries in Lindley which is only ten minutes walk away. The staff at Heritage were friendly, welcoming and responsive.

We had 3 nights in York and Josh’s house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Josh was very responsive to any queries at all times. Great location and easy walk into York centre. Would definitely stay there again

An awesome 3 months. There is something so relaxing and comfortable about staying in a well organized and decorated apartment. This had it all plus a guitar. Clutch. Super hosts. Aaron and Stephen became like friends. Location is walkable and bus-able. Everything needed plus a gym is within a 17 minute walk. Super cool nature by the canal with a golf courses is across the street. 15 minute bus to downtown Leeds. Plus Leeds is central to all the northern England sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Il y à tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour café, thé…les produits d hygiène sont de qualité..location parfaite pour séjourner dans ce quartier. Je recommande. Merci

Lovely little flat in the Gorton area of Manchester. Easy to get to by public transport (multiple bus and train options). We had everything we needed for a long weekend spent in Manchester. Loved the shower and the TVs. The hosts were very friendly, they surprised us with welcome snacks and wine.

Sophia made contact straight away with further details after the booking had been confirmed. When we arrived, we tried searching for dog friendly pubs on the internet but didn’t know how reliable it was and with it being a Friday night, we didn’t want to go to a pub that was full of party revellers or that wasn’t dog friendly, so I messaged Sophia and she promptly replied with some recommendations. As for the flat, it is lovely. Just what we needed. And with the bonus of a parking space directly outside on the property. Also, when we arrived, so many homely extras were provided, like tea, coffee, some snacks, cakes, a bunch of fresh daffs in a vase, etc. it felt like the extra mile had been sought to make sure we were made welcome. Highly recommended :)

Ellie is a lovely host, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. The room is exactly as advertised, super comfy bed, clean bathroom, and 2 lovely cuddly dogs. The city centre is just a 10mins walk away, and the flat is in a quiet area. The 8th floor windows give an amazing view over the skyline.

We had an amazing stay at Sharon’s home. The house was perfect for our big family, spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, especially for children. There were plenty of games and fun details that made our kids absolutely love the place! Everything was clean, cozy, and well-organized, making us feel right at home. Sharon was an incredibly kind and welcoming host, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. It was a perfect experience for us, and we highly recommend this home to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to return!

I had an amazing stay at Rukaya’s, the property was so beautiful and peaceful. The host is very friendly and kind, I would like to recommend her property as it was a perfect stay for larger group of people and we had a great time!

Spent Christmas at the house and had a great time. Kitchen was well equipped and served us well. The gym and the games room kept us busy and amused. Host was really responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay and definitely recommended.

Dan has a fabulous home, very modern, the bed was so comfy, lovely modern kitchen, outdoor space and seating - it was so easy to find and super quiet. Perfect for Asda, and a short walk to the horse racing. Thanks so much Dan! Taxi from the station for a fiver x
