Just two minutes easy walk from the beach and short walk from shops and amenities, our characterful, centrally heated 2 bedroom ground floor flat is an ideal base for an affordable seaside holiday. Lee offers a range of cafes, tea shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants and takeaways all within a few minutes walk. For younger visitors there is a seafront splash park (open during the summer) and an adventure playground. Local shops include Tesco, the Co-Op and a range of independent stores.

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Whether it be an active beach holiday, to explore the area or simply relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the activity in the Solent. The house has 3 main bedrooms and 1 small child’s bedroom (available on request), 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and large living space.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
