Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in sonniger, zentraler Lage im Ortskern von Latsch mit Blick auf die Südtiroler Berge. In wenigen Gehminuten sind Sie im Dorfzentrum von Latsch. Die markierten Wanderwege, sowie die Radstrecken entlang der Etsch sind unmittelbar erreichbar. Perfekt für den Aktiv- und Genussurlaub in Südtirol. Es ist gegen Süden ausgerichtet und verfügt über 47 m2 Wohnfläche. Das Schlafzimmer und der separate Wohnraum öffnen sich über große Verglasungen zu der großen Südterrasse.

Einfach, geradlinig, kantig - wie der Vinschgau so auch unser Hof mit Ferienwohnungen. Wände aus Dämmbeton, naturbelassenes Holz, puristisch, reduziert auf das Wesentliche. Klare Linien, eingebettet in biologischen Apfelplantagen mit Panoramablick auf die Berge. Nur mit Respekt gegenüber der Natur gelingt eine zukunftsfähige Landwirtschaft. Deswegen wird unser Obstbaubetrieb bereits seit über 15 Jahren biologisch bewirtschaftet und wir bauen auf dem Hof 7 verschiedene Sorten Äpfel an.
