Luxury on a private Single Story Estate, Licensed, 1/2 acre lot w/ Pool&Spa, a perfect balance of location, space, serenity and amenities to create an ideal Vegas getaway. Home is 1 min drive to S. LV Blvd by the South Outlets, 3 mins to 🏈 Stadium, 5 min. to 🛫, 10 min. to Mandalay. Home is private but still has neighbors and it is VERY important guests are respectful. This is not a party house, its a family house and rules must be followed. No parties/events pls! Pls read house rules Thanks!
