Stunning Strip & Sphere Views. No Resort Fees!

Amazing condo located at The Signature at MGM! This beautiful condo is on the 6th floor of Tower 3, with amazing Sphere views from the balcony. The condo is just 0.5 miles/0.8km from the Strip (2 minutes drive and 8 minutes walk), a great distance to keep you in the middle of everything, yet far enough from all the noise and traffic. You have full use of all the amenities of the MGM Grand, like the 6.6-acre MGM Grand Pool area with five pools, a 1,000 ft long lazy river, and three Jacuzzis.

Top 5% ABNB * MGM Jacuzzi Penthouse+ No Resort Fee

Stay in a Jacuzzi Penthouse reserved by writers and fighters. Its enormous Strip-side balcony gives the 35th-floor suite at The MGM Signature panoramic views of Vegas' nightlife. Suite #35609 is in Tower 1 of the MGM Signature at MGM Grand, closest tower to MGM's 6.5 acre pool complex, Lazy River, bars, clubs, shows and casino. It's a secondary residence for me. As such, it's routinely checked and maintained. It meets my high standards and it will meet yours -- or I will make sure it does.

Conveniently located in Tower 1. 1 Bedroom w/cal king bed, fully equipped kitchen with custom Subzero refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, large living space with Queen sofa sleeper, 1 large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and guest bathroom with shower. Best of all you are entitled to MGM Grand resort amenities and pools. NO RESORT FEE!

Vdara Studio 52nd FL Bellagio Ftns NO RESORT FEES

There is complimentary valet parking and no resort fees! Vdara at City Center in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. This condo is located on the 52nd floor overlooking the Bellagio fountains and has a view all the way down to the Strat. The condo accommodates a maximum of 4 guests with a king bed and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. Easy walking access to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria. Close access to TMobile Arena, Park Theatre, Crystals Shopping, and City Center Tram.

Our suite is situated on the 50th floor of Vdara Hotel & Spa, a non‑casino, non‑smoking, all‑suite hotel in the MGM’s CityCenter. You’ll enjoy hotel‑style check‑in/out and amenities (WiFi, pool, gym) without paying additional resort fees or taxes. The primary person on the booking must be at least 21yrs of age or older and will need a valid ID and credit/debit card to check-in.
