Great place- accurately described and comfortable; a solid spot for home base near CSU and college ave. Fantastic host with excellent and timely communication. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in central Fort Collins.

Great location and hosts! Laura and Sid’s place was in a fabulous location in downtown Estes Park. Plenty of options for eating and shopping with a gorgeous view of the Riverwalk. The condo was super clean with a great family room for relaxing. The large table was perfect for playing the board games available in the condo. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations Laura provided prior to the trip and checking in during our stay. If I visit Estes Park again, Laura and Sid’s condo will be my first choice for lodging. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location! Close to the RMNP. Beautiful river running just below the balcony. Lots of local wildlife wandering the property. Easy to get in to town too. Overall we had an unforgettable experience.

We reserved this spot last minute and super late and it was perfect! Jesse was super responsive and made sure everything was how we needed it! This doesn’t mention the beauty of the condo, cleanliness, and location! We ended up spending some extra time here because we enjoyed the fireplace and back door to the river so much. We will be back!

This is a very conveniently located and comfortable unit with everything you need. Very easy access to downtown and RMNP. The host is very responsive and the instructions were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sylvia’s place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Her place is quiet, spacious and sits close to the river. Sylvia was very helpful and sent information about check-in far in advance and checked with us before our stay to see if we needed anything. We hope to stay again soon!

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

We had a great time at Stacy's. It was very clean and the perfect size for our stay. The house was very accessible to downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. I have been looking for a go-to spot for my trips to Ft. Collins and this may be my new one!

Cute place, slightly off the main part of town, but close to lots of amenities. We appreciated the host's communication and flexibility, as we needed to alter our dates for staying, due to some delays. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed in Estes Park once before and Lindsey little condo was perfect for us this visit as we were right in town. And at the same time overlooking the riverwalk. So the peaceful serene setting of the river and nature is what you see but out your door are shops and restaurants and lots of exploring . The second bedroom is not as nice as the larger one but overall it was an excellent stay in a beautiful well appointed condo.

Beautiful place will definitely book again, such a nice place with all the space I needed.

Gorgeous location. Relaxing and conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Estes for all the necessities. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Very quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained pool. Exterior windows and door need some updating but that did not interfere with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Estes Park! It was the perfect accommodation for our trip hiking in RMNP. The apartment is cosy, has comfy beds, great bathroom with double sink and the hot tub was a great bonus to relax in after some long hikes. Would recommend!

This was an ideal place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. It's within minutes of the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park downtown area. Sidharth had excellent communication with us before, during and after our stay. We took his recommendation for burgers at the gas station and were pleasantly surprised--they were great!

Beautiful location situated above the Fall River. Huge bull elk seen right nearby! Managing heat was a little tricky as the fire place gives off a lot of heat in the part of the room it is in but takes awhile to heat the rest of room. Quiet location even though housekeeping and laundry are right outside of room. Wish there was an outdoor hot tub for general use but the in room jacuzzi was also nice. I would stay here again!

Super cute spot right next to the river and close to downtown! Hot tub was great, although maintenance crew stopped by daily to tend to hot tub which was no problem at all just a surprise. Overall, great spot and would recommend.

Very nice facility. We enjoyed the extra amenities. Pool, hot tub and game room. Our boys ages 10 and 7 enjoyed playing in the river. Checkin was a nightmare due to a very rude front desk employee by the name of Beach. Randi was responsive and did a great job at getting it taken care of.
