The apartment is on the second floor of an historic riverside building. Internet TV and free WIFI (Fibre). Perfectly located to enjoy the port of Dinan, which has a selection of good restaurants, crêperies and a traditional Breton bakery. The apartment is not suitable for young children less than 10 years old.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
