This is a timeshare we own and the availability will be known when we make a reservation request with specific dates. A unit will be assigned like a hotel when you check in. You will be staying as our guests.

New renovation, new furnitures and new appliances. Hotel condo studio in Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the Waikiki Beach. Great location for beach and sea sports lovers. Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to any supermarket, shopping mall and restaurant. There are laundry rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and barbecue areas in our hotel. Ko Tiki Terrace restaurant is on ground floor by the pool. Laundry rooms are on the 4th, 8th and 12th floors. The King size bed is wide and comfortable.

Bring the whole family to this great condo with lots of room for fun. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach. Recently renovated modern 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen at Waikiki Banyan. Relaxing views of Diamond Head and pool deck. The property features a heated pool, jacuzzis (2), sauna rooms, bbq area (under renovation). NO resort fees, FREE parking (6ft max), high speed wifi, cable and Roku tv, fully stocked kitchen, onsite washer and dryer. Note this is a non-smoking property.
