Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Annemarie verbracht! Ein tolles Ferienhaus, liebevoll hergerichtet, blitzesauber und gemütlich. Die Kinder haben das Kinderzimmer und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Hof und im Garten geliebt. Schöner großer Balkon, tolle Terrasse, die Schafe haben uns regelmäßig besucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Waginger See oder in die Alpen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Annemarie und Martin sind ganz herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wat een geweldige accommodatie is dit! Vanaf het eerste berichtcontact met David tot de ontvangst en afscheid met zijn moeder; het was fantastisch! Het huis is prachtig en de locatie wonderschoon. Je hebt echt je ‘eigen’ berg huis. Het huis is licht, huiselijk, compleet, warm en comfortabel. We genoten van de zeer complete keuken (meer aanwezig dan afgebeeld), de comfortabele badkamer met fijne douche, de ruime slaapkamers met zeer comfortabele bedden en het fijne balkon. De jam van Davids moeder en de tips voor de omgeving maken het nog completer. We maakte heerlijke dagtrips de bergen in, naar Salzburg en andere mooie dorpjes en bezienswaardigheden. Wij komen heel graag terug! Bedankt David en moeder voor ons heerlijke verblijf.

Appartement impeccable, pratique et confortable. L’emplacement est dans un quartier calme et agréable avec des restaurants, une place à proximité pour faire quelques courses et avec des transports différents à moins de 10mn à pied. J’y étais avec mes 2 enfants. C’était un très bon moment.

Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Es ist ein tolles Quartier mit vielen kleinen Läden. Alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ann-Kathrin war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Es gab viele nützliche Tipps.

Schöner Kurzurlaub :) Das Apartment „Abendrot“ hält was es verspricht - Einen traumhaften Ausblick und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge :) Der Check-In verlief einwandfrei, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :) Sabine und Stefan haben sich (auch aus der Ferne) sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig, sehr kurze Antwortzeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Jo's place was perfect for our visit to Munich. we felt completely at home the moment we walked. Jo was also very responsive to inquiries during our stay. only note would be that this is on the 5th floor and no elevators. so that would be the only thing to think about when booking. otherwise, the place was perfect!

J’ai adoré l’appartement de Stefan & Jackeline! Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et plus, avec petite attention à l’arrivée. C’était dans un quartier tranquille mais avec restaurant, boulangerie, bus au coin de la rue. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Barbara et Albert , qui se sont montrés très accueillants, serviables et disponibles. Le logement est agréable et propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue et d’accéder au centre ville en transports en commun. Nous recommandons vivement le logement!

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Está excelentemente bien ubicado. Cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Munich pero a la vez en una calle tranquila y silenciosa. Es un apartamento ideal para dos parejas ya que ambos dormitorios y baños están separados. La cocina esta bien equipada. Muy recomendable

Ich habe vier wunderbare Tage im Chiemgau verbracht, dazu gehörte auch, dass die Wohnung von Elisabeth sauber, gemütlich und wunderbar gelegen ist und zusätzlich eine sonnige Terrasse hat. Elisabeth ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde wieder kommen !

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

This apartment was absolutely amazing, providing an excellent accommodation during our work trip. It was very warm inside and we did appreciate it especially after the whole day outside. The parking lot was right in front of the entrance and we've been able to squeeze our company van there.
