Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. The Old Farmhouse is a period property in the village of Slaley. A separate annex offers guests a sitting room with wood burning stove and a large family bedroom. A separate kitchen provides full electric oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, and a washing machine. It is only 1 mile to Slaley Hall with its excellent restaurant, leisure facilities and golf course.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Stow House Farm Cottages, Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage on a rural farm 20 minutes drive from historic Durham. This pretty little cottage comfortably sleeps four guests and has been converted from the farm’s old tractor barn. For those wanting to holiday in larger groups we also have Cornmill Cottage and Bramble Cottage next door which sleep 6 and 3 guests respectively.
