The description clearly mentioned that the property is on an unpaved road, which can be a bit intimidating to drive on at night, so be very aware of that if you are booking this place. However, the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful. The house is older, but it feels cozy and welcoming, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay: a working stove with a flat grill, a full-size clean fridge, two bathrooms, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer, and fully functioning AC. Overall, it was a great stay, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful, Serene Home with Pristine Landscape

I’m a traveling PM in construction and myself and two other men stayed here well over 15 months and it was perfect. The house is perfect for corporate or family travel, the rooms are separately furnished and there’s plenty of space. Great house and an even better hose who was ALWAYS responsive. Unbeatable price. Will be looking for her properties again. A great home away from home.

Safe Comfortable House 40min from Hollywood + Land

Very tucked away and quiet as can be, hardly seen anybody. The nature is flurishing deer and quail everywhere. Hot tub was wonderful, if you looked straight up you could see all the stars beautifully every once in a while you’d see a satellite!

My siblings, man and I loved our stay at Joseph’s! The property was gorgeous and just the right size for the four of us, though you could definitely fit more with the spacious and comfortable couch. Our group had a great time staying at Garri’s Airbnb. The view from the residence was outstanding. The sky was filled with beautiful clouds and airplanes. Gary was extremely responsive when we had questions and walked us through everything that we needed to know. We are strongly considering coming back to this location for our next outing

The place was amazing, very open, spacious. I really appreciated being able to bring my dog along on this trip. Decent backyard space and very clean. Rooms were perfect size. Love the extra beds in the room. This place was perfect, highly recommend!

Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Phuong was great host! She's very accommodating and helpful. Her home is very nice and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. My husband travels for work so we've stayed a couple of times for a total of 5-6 months. We loved it everytime!
