Wonderful place to stay while away for my daughter's wedding. Communication was amazing and quick responses to all things. Love that they are always open to suggestions about making the stay even better for future guests. We felt cared for and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you! Good location in proximity to the zoo. House was clean and easy to find. We had a lovely stay!

Matt was very helpful with check in and check out. His place is awesome! So close to the OHV trails which we were there for. My friends who were camping in camp grounds were jealous! Very nice cozy home! Plenty of amenities. The dogs he speaks about in his listing aren’t to annoying. They greeted us the first day and we never saw them again. Nice little bar restaurant almost across the street. Will definitely rent from Matt again is we do this trip again!

Laura and Dan were available to talk to when we had a little difficulty signing on to the wifi. They assisted immediately and got us up and running. The place was nice and conveniently located between Asheboro and Sea Grove, both of which were the purpose of our visit. I would highly recommend this place to my potter friends who want to visit Sea Grove.

What a wonderful find! This home is super cute, great features and well appointed! We stay in Albemarle several times a year and will be booking this beautiful home every chance we get! The owners are amazing and had great recommendations on the local area.

The house was very conveniently located for our purposes. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we could have ever needed and were so comfortable. We will absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

We were very pleased with our accommodations! It was clean and spacious, amazing property with many amenities! We loved the private property, fire pit, pool table, children’s and front porch swings, convenience to stores, parks, and family! We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. Met all of our needs and expectations. Linda was very accommodating and accessible 100% of the time. Great location, we were able to visit the zoo and charlotte motor speedway. The community was awesome, we enjoyed the beach and the restaurant. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4! The camper was cozy and had all the necessities. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and we loved the beach area by the lake! The hosts were easy to communicate with and made the check in and out process easy!

Such a unique and historical home. We really enjoyed the space and being able to flip through the history and all the old books. Very great find.

We came from out of town for a friend's wedding. We loved staying at this cozy spot. The location was the best part. It was right on the water. We spent most of our time outside on the deck or down by the water. Its close to town too.

We stayed here for a couple days while in the middle of selling/buying a home. This place was perfect. It is a private, secluded property and has everything you need, plus 10ish minutes from town. Would stay here again!

I stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation I had in Monroe and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and private space. It truly has everything you need for a long stay. The hosts are very quick to respond! Would recommend to anyone who is traveling to the area.

If you’re looking for an easy place to stay near uwharrie this is perfect. Jerry is awesome and met us for check in and gave us the lay of the land. It’s a separate unit from the main house and yes there’s an outhouse but it’s essentially glamping if you need a spot with a bed, electricity, and WiFi for a night or two away from primitive camping in the forest!

really loved this cottage for a quick weekend getaway with my sister. plenty of space for a larger crew as well. loved, loved loved the peaceful quiet atmosphere. screened in porch was our favorite hangout spot. would happily stay again

We had such a wonderful time at Linda’s home! The spot couldn’t be more beautiful, we used the kayaks multiple times and my dog was very comfortable in her home. It’s well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal, and the beds were all very comfortable. Would love to come back!
