North Lake Tahoe Pvt. attached studio by the lake.

Our Carnelian Bay non- smoking, no pets, private attached studio unit is located RIGHT ON Hwy 28/North Lake Blvd, across the street from Lake Tahoe. It's the road that wraps around the lake. This unit sits on and faces the main road. It is clean, cozy and perfect for two people with a private entrance and parking for one car right outside your unit. The property is flat, with very easy access and also the bus/shuttle stops right outside on the corner for your convenience. Although our house is across the street from the lake, there is no lake view from the property. You can access the lake by walking along the bikelane on the main road to our local beach, "PattonBeach" or walk up our street and take the first left. The studio has a small kitchenette with utensils and dishware, a full size fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, single cup Keurig with coffee and 2 burner hot plate, perfect for small meals. There is a queen bed, private bath, boot dryer for the winter, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, internet access, flat screen Roku TV and a sitting area in front of the warm freestanding porcelain gas fireplace. We are less than a mile away from Gar Woods restaurant, which has a public pier and boat access. The Carnelian Bay center has CB's Pizza, 7-11, a post office and laundromat. Patton Beach, our local beach, is across the street and Watermans Landing, has kayaks and paddle boards to rent, plus food and drinks. Miniature golf is across the street from the beach and don't forget about the best breakfast joint around the corner, "The Old Post Office". We are close to many North Shore ski resorts with Northstar and Alpine only 12.5 miles away, Palisades Tahoe 14 miles and Mt. Rose 18 miles. Kings Beach is only 3 miles away and Tahoe City about 8. Crystal Bay hosts gaming and music venues and is only 4.6 miles away. Lake Tahoe has so much sightseeing and activities and we are happy to give you advice on things to see and places to go. We have also provided a welcome binder loaded with information for you when you arrive. We do live, work and play here full-time. Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
