Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Cozy Retreat on Cherimoya Grove

Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and hold the resident chickens, and bring treats for the two pigs! The room’s balcony overlooks the cherimoya grove and paddock. Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.

Ivy Studio has its own driveway leads to its own courtyard. It is as small foot printed as it does have everything you need for a home outside of your home stay. Large shower, queen bed. It also features an air conditioner and heater, a mini fridge, a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. There is a desk can be opened to double it's size when needed. This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom.
