You cannot go wrong with this house. It has everything you could need lots of dishes, a full kitchen of supplies, a Tiki bar outside with beautiful nighttime lighting, A pool, Quiet neighborhood, A short walk to the water. If you love trains there is a constant supply of trains that come by just close enough to see but not close enough to disturb your fun. Lots of local bars and hangouts less than 2 miles away. you could even ride there on one of the bikes that is there. Jean was always responsive when messaging to ask questions and even allowed us to check-in a bit early. Thanks again for the wonderful time and beautiful house.

If you are ok with something close to everything, but not in the middle of anything, then rent this place. It is lovely, Deborah was lovely. It was comfortable, it was easy, it was great place to spend the weekend. To be clear we were not there to party and did not want to be in middle of the French quarter. So if you are, then maybe this is not the right place for you. But we were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, and for us it was perfect.

Came to BSL for a girls’ weekend and this place was perfect! There was plenty of room for 6 of us and the heated pool and outdoor area was amazing! The house is less than 5 minutes from Main Street, so a perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!

Hats off to the hosts!!!! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at some nice homes! The house is just as lovely as the pictures. We were especially blown away at how accommodating this place was with all the thoughtful amenities, cabinet labels, speaker, seasonings, comfortable beds, space and even down to the welcome gift bag. This home had everything I have at my own home and even more when it comes to the different cups selection 😂. We really felt at home. You guys really know how to host! I only had one problem & it had nothing to do with the home or its owners, it was the train came early Sunday morning about 3 times between the hours of 2am-7:30am. Not sure if that happens often because that was the only day it happened during our stay. In spite of that we still give our stay a 10 out of 10 and would love to come back again, I’ll just bring my ear plugs next time 😊. Thanks again for having my family!

Gary's home was more then beautiful. it truly was a paradise oasis in the city within walking of everything. the food close by that came recommend from the co host Eduardo was phenomenal. we will definitely be coming back to Gary's to visit the city for longer next time. definitely recommend to anyone looking for a true gem hidden in the city. parking was easy as well. everything as described. can't say enough great words. go check it out for yourself.

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

Our two families found this home to be quite comfortable. Slept well with comfy beds, good pillows and linens. A/C worked well and the space allowed for us to be together for meals etc. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool with some rain but it looked nice! We liked seeing a new area of NOLA for us…Mid-City (40min. easy walk to JazzFest) and Blue Oak BBQ for dinner. Overall very happy with our stay.

I really loved this place it had nice decor and a nice peaceful vibe! The only regret I have is I wish I would have booked a longer stay I really did not want to leave!!

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean the beds were amazing. it’s very safe, quiet and secured which we appreciated. It’s close to center of town we were able to walk everywhere. It was a little expensive but had lots of space and everything we needed.

We loved this beautiful condo in the Lower Garden District! Very comfortable, clean, spacious for our family of 4, and great to have access to a garage parking space, as we had a rental car during our stay. The neighborhood is an awesome area with lots of restaurants, cafes, spas, and even a brewery in walking distance. We were a little worried about being so close to the highway, but it was no problem at all - easy on/off and completely quiet in the condo.

Kell’s house was perfect for our stay. It’s been tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home with all the charm of NOLA. My daughters loved the pool in the backyard. It’s a short walk to some of the neighborhood establishments and a short drive to all the happenings around the city - great location. Kell is a great host. He checked in often and was quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying at the Orleans House.

We had a group of 15 people which included adults and small children. The two homes can accommodate both. The pool/spa is perfect. There is an outside seating area between the two homes which can accommodate seating for a large group. The multiple bathrooms in each home is a plus, especially with a large group. The biggest selling point of this home (besides the beauty of the property and inside decor) is the location. The home is in walking distance to everything. I was especially impressed with the hosts. I had a lot of questions about check-in, transportation, local food recommendations, etc. and the hosts were extremely communicative. Even after check in, they made sure everything was perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. This home is incredible.

Overall this property accommodated our group of 12 people and 2 dogs for Mardi Gras, we slept comfortably and were surprised by all the appliances that the house had. Only thing is, this property needs to be revamped. Rugs were dirty in the ensuite bathroom, shower has mold and was stained. We brought some cleaning supplies to kind of fix this but that was the only thing. I would recommend this for a group trip, ESPECIALLY IF they revamp the property. 1 hr or so from NOLA.

This was our second stay! We liked the house so much, we came back. I love quirky old homes, and really appreciated the care in restoration, the thoughtful design details, period furniture, etc. that make the house feel of its place and time, but still comfortable and modern. We also came back because it’s so fun! Large enough for a crew, Perfect walking distance to so many NOLA attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood. And you just can’t beat the spa/pool!
