appartement de 60m2 proche de la mer avec wifi gratuit .il dispose de 2 chambres et d un balcon de 7 m2 . l'immeuble et l'ascenseur ont entièrement été restaurés fin 2022. climatisation réversible installée en 2022. Place de parking réservée à l appartement. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire . idéal famille . depuis la crise sanitaire le nécessaire de couchage n'est plus fourni . vous devez prendre vos draps housses de couette et serviettes de toilette .

Casita con encanto en la Costa Brava.

Lugares de interés:Platja d'Aro su maravillosa playa y calas dignas de las mejores puestas de sol.Centro urbano con multitud de opciones de ocio y diversión ideal parejas o familias, actividades lúdicas todo el año, transporte público , el aeropuerto está en Girona a 20 min .Parque con lago enfrente d la casa. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la ubicación:agradables exteriores, jardín,tumbonas chill-out...ideal relax y ocio. Un lugar diferente.

It is a bright modern apartment with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. 200 meters from the port and 300 meters from the beach. Well maintained garden with lush lawn and palm and pine trees. Baby pool and big pool. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within minutes walking distance. Near to everything but in a quiet street. Perfect.

Beautiful downtown house

20 minutes walk to the beach. Central location, easy to get to local bars, restaurants, shops and local market. 3 floors house (if you are coming with kids, please take this information into consideration) full of charm and a very well furnished kitchen. 2 rooms (1 being a master room) and 2 bathrooms.

Charming apartment in the Faubourg Area

The apartmemt is ideally located in a quiet, lovely street, only 2 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. It's suitable for two adults, solo adventurers and small families (with a maximum of 2 kids as it has a double sofa bed and a baby cot (linen included).

Mon logement avec terrasse vue mer est proche de Centre ville et de la plage ( 12 mn a pied ). il est parfait pour les couples et les familles avec enfants. les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans le prix ( en option 15 euros par personne )
