Our carriage house has been completely restored from a post and beam barn to a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment. There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, Owner is a Realtor

Newly remodeled home on Saratoga Lake. DOG FRIENDLY- 1 dog. Sleeps 4 comfortably, can sleep up to 6. the Primary Suite has king bed & queen sleeper sofa. Guest room has a queen bed. Lake access to private lakefront property & dock (CLOSES EARLY/MID OCTOBER! Kayaks available until dock closes. Dock your boat & use our slip (upon request). Fishing poles/gear are in garage. Wake up to the view of the lake from 2nd floor suite! Gorgeous sunsets! Deck w/ bbq grill, yard games and fire pit!

The Perfect Saratoga Cottage w/ Outdoor patio & TV

Live like a Local! Walk to everything from Broadway to Beekman Street Art District (less than a mile). Rent a bike or take a jog down the bike path to SPAC for live music, picnics and nature trails (about 1.5 miles). Summer Fun at the racetrack awaits less than 2 miles from the Historic Saratoga Race track! Enjoy a walk, bike or just take a UBER to the best place to be in the summer! All this is too much? Feel free to relax in the backyard completed with TV and firepit!
