On upon arriving at the spot, it was beautiful house and had a memorable weekend staying there for the weekend. Alex was very responsive and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, to let him know and was very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and would definitely stay there again!

Brenda's place is located in a quadplex, amidst a sea of quadplexes. With that said, great value for the area. Maybe a 5 minute drive to the water, a few different beaches to choose from, and a number of options for dining increase the value of what you're getting here. We stayed during the week, and it was an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. The place, itself, is somewhat small. But it has all of the basic spaces covered: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, great kitchen/dining/living room area, as well as a small, gated patio that opens to the driveway. Internet was reliable and fast, and there were games and beach items included. The penalty they have for finding sand in the unit is understandable; it can be difficult to clean. But, given that most folks using the space will be there at least in part because of the beach seems almost unreasonable... how much sand in the space will be too much? Other than that, we would stay again. Lots of value here.

Edmund’s place is stunning! The views are incredible and he is a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful!

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing house and we hope to return one day. In addition to the house being perfect, the hosts show a genuine joy in having visitors. They do everything to make the stay perfect. In addition, the house is close to everything you could want to see in Hollywood – and very close to the metro and shopping. We had an amazing stay with our family and dogs at this very close to the water location! While waiting for our home to be ready, it truly felt like we were already home. The neighbors are kind very pet friendly in the backyard was so peaceful every day. I highly recommend this location if you are coming for a long-term visit or a short time stay house has everything you need just like at home.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Check‑in was seamless, and our host was responsive and gracious, offering great local tips. The neighborhood was quiet. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches (fresh linens and fast Wi‑Fi). Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—would love to stay here again!

Es una casa de 3 pisos con garage privado, prácticamente nueva. Alquilamos una minivan y cupo perfectamente. Muy Bien ubicada, cerca de universal Studios y zonas de interés para ir de compras. La casa es muy bonita y muy limpia, Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar ropa, etc Zona segura y tranquila Estuvimos muy a gusto. I had an amazing stay at Brooke's beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills. It was super clean, well-maintained, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like a home away from home. I stayed with my dogs, and it was perfect for us. The neighborhood felt really safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and settle in. Brooke was a fantastic host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing. You can tell she really puts care into both the space and the guest experience. Overall, just a great spot. Comfortable, clean, and in an awesome location. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend it if you're looking for a chill, well-kept place with a great host.

Overall the place is nice and I would stay there again but there is no laundry detergent which is fine since a few feet away behind the gas station there is a small market that sells small bottles of laundry detergent for a good price.

Emilio townhouse was beautiful very spacious and looked even better in person , Emilio was a great host replied within mins and made sure we had a comfortable stay ended up staying an extra two days would definitely come back n book again !!!

Jamie was an amazing host ! Home was exactly as described , was super responsive anytime our family needed anything. Home had everything we needed , our group of 7 enjoyed their stay. Parking was a bit hard if you take multiple vehicles but our host was super kind and helpful ! Can’t wait to come back , will definitely stay again ! Thank you Jaime !

Nice touch with the Netflix already logged in with guest account for thr Air BnB. Had everything we need and responded to questions we had promptly.

Alex and Jasmine were very communicative. They were always attentive to my messages and helped me when I needed a few things. The place is centrally located, with beautiful spots around. I found it to be a very safe place, and I’ll probably visit them again in the future.

The listing that we stayed at from Liam's property was wonderful, had a lot of amenities and convenience near by which is a plus, the home was clean and pristine. The home was very spacious and really accommodated to our needs. Liam is also a very responsive host and was quickly solved the issue that was presented. Would definitely recommend to stay at Liam's listing again!

We stayed here for a few days and Kyle provided us everything that we needed! The location is perfect, with off street parking. The place is super clean, and we would definitely come back again!

Pristine, quiet condo at the edge of Avalon. Beautiful view of the harbor and the opposite mountain side of Avalon.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is perfectly put together, incredible value in a city that is very expensive these days . They have thought of everything. Silverlake is a lovely area, this place is right next to Sunset Junction . So many shops and restaurants Close by . Very enjoyable stay. Hopefully will get to stay again .

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

We really enjoyed Anna’s condo. It’s the perfect place for a Disney family getaway! Location was awesome and very walkable to the parks (.75 miles door to park entrance). The condo was roomy and they had all the little details prepped for you (Coffee, kids toys/books, laundry soap, strollers, etc.) Highly recommend this for any family looking for a Disney stay that felt like home!

Great place to stay! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Short distance to Disneyland. Kady was awesome and we were happy to stay at this place!
