Welcoming Guesthouse with Pool in Encino

Relax poolside or in the hot tub surrounded by lush greenery outside this spacious, renovated guesthouse nestled in a beautiful, private setting. Interior highlights include LED TV and surround sound system, kitchenette, and ample storage. (Pool availability is May 1st - Sep 30th (No exceptions) BUT Hot Tub IS available year round.) We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub available upon request. *Un-gated pool and stairs. Children must be supervised at all times. Guest accepts all liability and holds owner harmless.

Gorgeous Encino guest home South of Ventura Blvd with parklike grounds and pool. Attached to the main residence by a sealed hall, this oasis is a separate 1700 sq. ft. residence with own entrances. The property is completely private. Shopping, restaurants, grocery and more ½ mile away on world famous Ventura Blvd. Getty and Universal are a short drive, and Disneyland under 45 miles. Close to westside of Los Angeles, and less than one mile from some of the best hiking trails in the city.

Topanga Cabin Reverie - Amazing Views

Amazing free standing cabin tucked away between the trees with views of surrounding hills. Enjoy the wood burning stove over a complimentary bottle of wine. Take an outside bath (private) and relax in our new barrel steam sauna (private), or watch a movie on the couch. Come with the kids or your furry friends and take them on a long hike right outside the cabin doors with wild peacocks roaming the grounds. Book a private massage on premises or do yoga on the patio. Independent, fully furnished with everything one to two people could need to have a relaxing retreat and enjoy the peaceful canyon views, nearby hiking trails, and escape the business of LA. You will have full access to the entire cabin, including front wrap-around porch, back patio, and yard. Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It has its own private entrance on a quiet street. A full kitchen at your disposal. It's conveniently close to the 405 freeway, so Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica/Magic Mountain are all 20-30 minutes away. WiFi is provided and there's plenty of street parking. This is my first AirBnB and I really want to you to love this beautiful, quiet space :)
