Caitlin's bungalow in the East Ceasar Chavez area of Austin was a great fit for two of us to have as our home base during our 5 day visit to Austin to attend the MotoGP race. It's clean, cozy, and quiet. Very quiet area and neighbourhood and within walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, food trucks. Also, it's a 10 minute electric scooter ride to downtown! The next time I have the fortune of visiting Austin I will look to see if there is availability here.

House was great and lots of fun stuff for kids. Kitchen seems new and was beautiful. Walking distance to cool things and in a fun neighborhood that felt very safe. Ideal home for families.

We only got to stay two nights while in town for a wedding, but it was the perfect location and a very nice, clean home. The beds are so comfortable! I would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Austin!

Great place to stay, very close to everything fun to do in Austin

Overall, the house was great! We had 16 stay there pretty comfortably and the place did not feel too cramped or small. In fact, the common area of the upper unit felt much bigger than pictured. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. The driveway parking was a little tight, but there was plenty of space always available on the street near the house. The HVAC system gave us some issues but the host was on top of trying to fix them super quickly. The host was quick to communicate and even called me about the HVAC issues.

My family and I, had a great experience with Carrie. Carrie was incredibly informative, provided tons of recommendations and even went as far as to give us some amazing recipes to try out. Carrie’s house was exactly what we were looking for, private but close proximity to the city. My kids were thrilled with the back yard, playing on the swings and jumping on the trampoline. My experience couldn’t have been better. Carrie was accommodating from start to finish and would definitely recommend her for anyone traveling to the Austin area.

Nehemiah’s spacious Airbnb near Austin and close to the airport is a truly amazing place to stay! It is large and open-spaced with two floors! It is also kid friendly! It well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. There are three bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen! You don’t need to bring anything, because his place has everything you need! I strongly recommend this Airbnb and I will gladly stay here again!

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home. The home itself is stunning. It’s nestled in the Tarrytown neighborhood in Austin. The pool was exquisite. The home had lots of added touches like luxury linens and towels, and the showers felt like the ones at the spa. This home was extremely conducive for families with children, as it had a play room and lots of extra space. We were sad when our trip was over and hope to come back and stay again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

One of the best Airbnbs I stayed at. The place was super clean and had everything I needed. The only weird thing that happened was something that the host has no control over - there was some kind of weird loud electrical type buzzing noise coming form the outside, that would come and go at random times a few times over the weekend, that's all. It was not anything inside the apartment. The apartment is awesome, I would stay there again any time.

Maxx was great for our group. Had to last minute book a new Airbnb due to the previous one being unsafe. Unbelievably responsive and proactive in helping us and ensure we felt comfortable and safe with our stay.

We had a brilliant stay at Helen’s place. The room was just as described and we can fully understand previous comments about the bedding being amazing as we totally agree. The breakfast Helen prepared was amazing and had plenty of options - she was happy to be flexible and offered us different options for our breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everthing we needed. Being a little further out of the city meant it was very peaceful and it didn’t take long to get anywhere around Austin from out experience. Helen was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed and was available whenever we needed. We had the added bonus of being able to meet Helen’s dogs!

I recently stayed in a delightful tiny home on Airbnb, and it was everything I could have hoped for—cozy, charming, and full of character. There was a small issue with my original booking, but it was an unpreventable circumstance. The host was incredibly understanding and communicated everything clearly, offering me a smooth alternative by suggesting the Blue Aggie. I really appreciated their kindness and the effort to ensure my stay was still a great experience. I also love the mission behind this tiny home—it’s refreshing to support a place with values that resonate with me. As someone who is conscious of where I spend, staying here felt like a thoughtful choice. I would absolutely love to return to stay in Kasita in the future.

This place is beautiful, peaceful and serene. I brought my dog and we had a lot of area to explore on the property. Helen is a fantastic host and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the latte with the homemade scone topped it off. Really enjoyed watching the eclipse with Helen and her guests. Very memorable. Thank you Helen, I loved every minute of my stay!

The place was very cute and “shabby chic.” We went to lake Travis on a rainy day so it was nice to have a comfy and homey space to sit through the rain. My mom and brother enjoyed the hot tub in the rain. I stayed in because I was under the weather. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to store our suitcases in the closet. We would definitely return on a sunny day, so that we could visit the lake too!
